We have a new feature to announce.  You can now assign other users as collaborators on your threads.

What does this mean?

  • Effectively your threads become private wikis.
  • Collaborators can edit the thread header.
  • They'll be able to view the thread history.
  • They'll be able to moderate the thread posts/comments.

But don't worry, as author you still have the control to remove them if you wish.

You can add as many collaborators as you wish... just click the edit button on  a thread you have authored, and type their usernames into the 'Add Collaborators' text field.  An autocomplete box pops up to help ensure you put in a valid username, just use the arrow keys to pick the user and click enter.

We've had this feature requested many times, and we are glad to be able to deliver it.  Hopefully it's of use to some of the regulars... you can rely on each other to upkeep threads if you wish.
