There was a SCVR discussion on broker notes recently (sorry for the new post but I couldn't find the right SCVR thread), prompted by Paul's meeting with the CEO of Research Tree. I came across this site recently, Broker Forecasts, that is a cheaper subscription at £15pm - or you follow them for free on Twitter @BrokerForecasts
They don't provide access to the actual note though which is the part that interests me most. I am less concerned with broker forecasts per se, although consensus forecasts tend to be the "market expectations" referenced in so many company announcements. Personally, I find broker notes more relevant to supplement my own research - e.g. details about the company, market, risks etc. that I might have missed.
Still, I hope the link/twitter account might prove useful to some.
