Unsurprisingly there's a great deal of investor focus on Geotek's Coring Expeditions. The size of the aquisition and in particular the lumpiness that the Coring Expeditions will bring to Revenue and Earnings is taking some explaining to investors. It is a brave (?) deviation from what has worked so well down the years for Judges.

Tamzin, I thought your questions were excellent and answered with real openness by the management team. Re Geotek, I think that David Cicurel said that it was revenue of £3-5m per year (on annual revenue of £136m), which was less than I expected. They are comfortable with current market expectations even if there is no coring expedition. Long-term investors are able to look through this and maybe add a few shares when a short-sighted market prices around a single year outturn.
My only request would be more information around the distribution of performance of the individual businesses, with perhaps company names taken out. For example, show revenue and operating profit % increasing in each category by <0%, 0-5%, 5-10%, 10-15% and 15%+ vs prior year and then perhaps pull out a couple of businesses and talk about them in more detail to demonstrate the work that the COOs undertake.
Just re-read my post, too late to edit. The £3-5m relates to the revenue from a Geotek coring expedition.
