Highlights from my portfolio:

A down day.

Avanti Communications Group Plc (LON:AVN) held around or just below 600 as we finally got our launch date. I suppose there is some risk but I am happy to hold on basis of a successful launch.

And for the rest of the portfolio there was just minor slippage. About the only things to go up were Close Enhanced Comm Fund (LON:CED)2 and Firestone Diamonds (LON:FDI) but neither count as a highlight. Equally, none of the down is worth a mention.

Ortac Resources (LON:OTC) - I sold a few more.

Vatukoula Gold Mines (LON:VGM) fell enough for me to buy some more. Repairs to second shaft will soon be completed and I imagine we will see higher production figs once it comes on stream. Although down it isn't a moment to profit take for me, although I will keep an eye on the price of gold.

There's simply nothing else to say today.
