EKF Diagnostics, the point of care diagnostics company, reported that they have completed the acquisition of Quotient Diagnostics (as reported 23 September 2010 edition of Weekly Update). Quotient Diagnostics developed two proprietary diabetes (Hb1Ac) point of care diagnostic products which are complementary to EKF's existing products.
