Beowulf Mining (LON:BEM) plc (BEM LN, 14.5p, ? 7.2%) announced its unaudited preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2011. On no revenue, the company made a loss of £690,818 for 2011.

Cluff Gold (LON:CLF) plc (CLF LN, 101.5p, ? 0.12%) has announced an exploration and feasibility study update for the Company's 100% owned Baomahun Gold Project in Sierra Leone. The feasibility study is on track for delivery in H1 2012. It will incorporate the latest drilling results to produce an updated resource for the project. Early infrastructure work is on-going whilst the feasibility study is completed. Exploration drilling along strike from the resource area has also recommenced.

Forte Energy N.L (FTE LN, 4.38p, ? 0.57%) announced further positive assay results from another four holes from the recent drilling programme completed at the A238 Prospect in Mauritania. Two of the holes were deep holes, further confirming the extension of mineralisation at depth below the existing resources to the south of the A238 Prospect. The remainder of the assays from the last seven holes drilled were dispatched from Mauritania on the 25th February and assay results are expected in mid-March. Compilation of the A238 resource upgrade is progressing well and is scheduled to be completed before the end of March.

Herencia Resources (LON:HER) (HER LN, 2.50p, ? 9.9%) has reported further drill results from its shallow diamond drilling programme at the Guamanga Copper-Gold Project in northern Chile. These results referred to the last 7 holes of the campaign with best intersections including 5m @ 1.4% Cu, 0.38 g/t Au and 13m at 1.0% Cu, 0.4 g/t Au. Alongside the copper-gold intersections, widths of cobalt and molybdenum were also returned.

GGG Resources (LON:GGG) plc (GGG LN, 15.38p, ? 6.03%) has released a new JORC global resource estimate after infill drilling results were received for its Bullabulling gold project, with an increase from 2.4Moz to 3.2Moz . This resource included 2.1Moz of Indicated resource along the Bullabing Trend @ 0.92 g/t Au, but still does not include resources contained within the Gibralter Pit or the Laterite Dumps at the project which are currently being drilled.
