Surprise news here with the two companies agreeing to merge. One that will need clearance from the relevant authorities, which may mean a few disposals going forward.
T. Clarke
A very positive update from this Building Services Company, which confounds the popular wisdom of the uncertainty around Brexit.
Treatt
A solid update from management of this food flavourings business - the shares are quite highly rated, perhaps rightly so.
Coral Products
A rather worrying update from the company today. Both the CEO and CFO have stepped down. The problems seem to be limited to the one division, however, the company fails to quantify the extent of the miss.
