27 stocks are currently 98 or above, if you invested in all 27 at the beginning of the year the portfolio would have increased 130% sorry not 230%.
But still a great return.
its easy to check just screen for 98+stock rank add all to a new portfolio and click on analysis.
Yes but were they >98 in January, I had a quick look and it seems not. SR usually go up with the share price.
If you look at NAPS 2016 which was done in January, its only up about 1%.
Herbie is right. Price momentum is a key factor in calculating the SR so you would expect stocks with very high SR to have gone up in price since the beginning of the year, but it does not mean that they were 98-plus at the time - This figure doesn't really mean much.
Let's reopen this thread in 12 months time to see how they did.
The UK names with a score of 98 or higher currently are:
I went back to 2/1/16 and found 10 that had a SR of 98 or more. Of those 10 only 3 have gone up in share price but overall they are up about 5.7% , they are:
Styles and Wood (LON:STY) +89.6%
H & T (LON:HAT) +46.7%
IG Design (LON:IGR) +38.9%,
Inland Homes (LON:INL) -33.2%
Dart (LON:DTG) -23.8%
Alumasc (LON:ALU) -18.6%
Cambria Automobiles (LON:CAMB) -15%
NWF (LON:NWF) -12.9%
Computacenter (LON:CCC) -11.9%
Character (LON:CCT) -2.6%
There will have been others no doubt that had a SR of 98 or more but its not so easy to find them. The other thing you could do is check when the current SR98+ ones went above 97 and how much the share price has gone up since then.
Also
Wizz Air Holdings (LON:WIZZ) -7%
Games Workshop (LON:GAW) -3%
Park (LON:PKG) -17%
Wincanton (LON:WIN) +5%
