OMG plc is a holding company. The Company is engaged in developing commercial applications for digital imaging technologies. The Company's segments include Vicon Group, which includes the development, production and sale of computer software and equipment for the engineering, entertainment and life science markets, and Yotta Group, which includes services for the management of infrastructure, highway surveying and associated software development. The Company's Vicon is a business-to-business (B2B) company that supplies motion measurement software and hardware to a range of end users. Its Yotta offers a range of approximately 10 software products with over 150 customers in the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Germany and Australia. Vicon Group caters to medical and educational institutions in life sciences sector, and commercial organizations producing content for the film, television and video game market place in entertainment sector.
