Jubilee Platinum this afternoon announced that they are paving the way to greater things by disposing of non core assets and updating on the PLA acquisition with Leon Coetzer Ceo of saying ''The Transaction brings together strongly complementary assets forming an enlarged group consisting of operational mining and processing assets''
With this presenting the company and its shareholders with a deal which: ''offers a relatively unique opportunity to the Jubilee shareholder to acquire a shallow fully operational platinum mine and processing plant, complemented by near surface platinum projects valued at a significant premium to the Transaction value."
The company are certainly using market buzzwords in the Rns off the back of a sloppy month which would suggest that they want the news taken serious as the passage of uncertainty is culled by the terms and conditions of the deal demonstrated by today's news.
'' I mean come on the share price is back at wholesale price and the company are informing current and potential investors that the projects in question will add a significant premium to the current book value ''
Much has been said about JLP of late so I share a basic layman understanding to appeal to the Private Investor, Technically there are some early leading indications which will be confirmed going into tomorrows session. What we do have is the Rsi and Macd showing encouraging signs with there neck above water after being submerged for some time, we also have a the volume representative of 4th biggest day since mid March so to consider the news broke just after lunch 2pm then its safe to say that the next sessions volume could be a clear sign which direction this is going in.
