I currently have a couple of kids Junior ISAs with Hargreaves Lansdown. I would like to get some exposure to Australia. However from what I can see at least H-L doesn't access this market.
Does anyone know of any providers of Junior ISAs that allow access to Australia?
I just tried ASX:XRO and I think I can buy that from a YouInvest JISA via its Sedol number (whatever that is). I can certainly select it and get as far as pressing the deal button. I can't get a deal quote because their market isn't open yet.
I can buy international stocks into an Interactive Investor JISA but not Australian ones as far as I can see.
So looks like YouInvest might be a possibility. Please check with them yourself before you commit though as my test was just a quick one and I didn't actually go all the way through and buy something to confirm the process worked because the AU market isn't open right now.
