Game Group Plc (LON:GMG) is Europe's largest video games retailer, with stores in the United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Spain, Sweden and Denmark. It has been upgraded to "Buy" by KBC Peel Hunt. E3, the annual video gaming conference, is being held on 15-17 June and is set to be the most compelling in years, notes analyst John Stevenson. Major announcements are expected from all three console makers. 'As the driver for Games share price and product pipeline, we see this as a trading opportunity.'
The target price has been raised to 120p from 100p. The shares currently trade at 97.7 (market cap 384m), down 1.8% on the day.
