My thoughts here - http://www.stockopedia.com/article/view/32977/kopane-a-rough-diamond

Yet again, this one feels too racy for my liking. There's massive potential from the Main Pipe project

The Company announced on 10th September 2009 a new resource statement in respect of the Main
Pipe showing a total resource of 90.09 million tonnes, which is an increase of 19.1% over the
Interim Resource Statement of 2008. The statement showed a gross diamond reserve of
29.7 million carats, at an average grade of 33 cpht, which gives an estimated in situ value of
$2.6 billion based on September 2008 bulk sample diamond
values.

And the current price is 14p which capitalizes the company at £31.3m, a mere fraction of its potential value if remaining exploration yields hit the spot within the main pipe development. But there's that little word ‘if’ - as with so many mining and exploration companies. And it is now eight years and many unplanned fundraisings on from formation.....

For those not of a nervous disposition, prepared to sit through another probable two/three years of falls on scares/wider economic gloom and some sharp rises on favourable rumours/official press releases, KDD could provide a useful return – but don’t count on it!
