LON:ACSO Accesso Technology Group still on a roll!

In the earlier part of this year there was a large sale by insiders - around the £10 mark. Now at £16. I have not seen any recent news - the interims upto 30th June are due on 14th September. Any other insights?

Paul,

accesso has a history of Earnings Surprise and I would not be surprised if the market is anticipating another one.

My own notes after March 16 results: Revenue up +25%, but EPS etc up 33% showing operational gearing. Very strong Chairman outlook. Very sticky and excellent sales visibility. Their customers love their service and will commit to long term deals, so they don't lose customers, (98% retention rate). CEO has multibillion 10 year market cap aspiration - i.e. Multibag potential. I hold - Ian

Very unnerving to see FOUR Board Directors sell almost 9% of the company back in April.. especially when those same Directors are selling a story of high growth, high recurring revenue and a prospective market cap of 1billion.

The redeeming factor though is that the share placing occurred on 6th April.. so would appear to be driven by tax considerations.

Fingers crossed.. we'll find out in three weeks time!

I do not think you should get too hung up and set expectation solely on these interim results. This is a seasonal business with the majority of revenues coming in over the Summer months and through to October in America. That means that H2 will likely be three times larger in revenue and due to operational gearing profits vastly skewed to the second half. You can see this from previous years.

I have held here for over ten years and this is now a much stronger company with excellent blue chip clients/partners that are giants in the leisure industry and Accesso now have many strings to their bow that help these clients/partners provide the best possible customer experience from start to finish....whether buying tickets, planning their visit, scheduling the day or buying meals and extras in the venues.

This is a world leader in what they do and management are top class....do not worry about the interims even though I am sure they will look good compared to H1 last year it is the direction of travel, who they travel alongside and range of services on offer that drives the company to greater things with little barriers to growth and yet no other company to compete with them.
