On the note of wealth destruction, I hope that you can read this image... RBS is the second top left bank in the image below... blue denotes MCap as at Q2 2007, green denotes MCap as at Jan 20th 2009... It shows a hell of a lot of carnage... what is most soul destroying is imagining how most of that blue value was effectively paid out to bankers and financiers over the boom years as they created their Ponzi scheme... I genuinely can't understand why citizens aren't out in arms against their governments and the profligate wasting of taxpayers money in bailing these institutions out.
