Notice of General Meeting

 

600 Group (AIM: SIXH), the diversified industrial engineering company,
announces that notice of a reconvened annual general meeting of the Company
(the "GM") has been mailed to shareholders together with copies of the Annual
Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2022 published in September
2022 (the "Annual Report").

 

The notice of GM and Annual Report are available on the Company's website
at www.600group.com (http://www.600group.com) .

 

The GM, to lay the Annual Report before shareholders, is to be held at 42
Berkeley Square, London W1J 5AW on Friday 25 November 2022 at 3.30 pm and
follows the Company's annual general meeting held on 28 September 2022.
