Result of Reconvened AGM

 

600 Group (AIM: SIXH), the diversified industrial engineering company,
announces that at the Group's Reconvened Annual General Meeting held late
today, resolution 1 to approve the Annual Report and Accounts for the year
ended 31 March 2022 was passed.

 

The following proxy votes were received in relation to resolution 1:

1.   Any proxy arrangements which gave discretion to the Chairman has been

2.   A "vote withheld" is not a vote in law and is not counted in the
calculation of the percentage of shares voted.

 

3.   The issued share capital at 3.30pm on 25 November  2022 was
117,963,341 ordinary shares of 1p each with no shares held in treasury.
