Profile Summary

BBX Property Investment Fund Limited is a diversified property investment fund. The Company will invest in a diverse and fully managed portfolio of residential property and it can, if structured properly, be an investment for superannuation funds. Through its trade exchange operation BBX will enter into agreements with a number of developers to acquire all or some of their properties by using the trade dollar currency used by the BBX Exchange to fund part of the purchase price.
