Directors' interest in shares

The Company has been notified that on 9 August 2011, David Radcliffe, the Chief
Executive of the Company purchased a further 15,000 shares at a price of
49.6405p per share. As a result of this purchase, Mr Radcliffe is beneficially
interested in a total of 2,325,689 shares (representing 0.75% of the Company's
issued share capital).

Notification of each of the above transactions is now made in accordance with
Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R
