NOTICE OF REDEMPTION AND CANCELLATION OF LISTING

To the holders of:

Lloyds Banking Group plc Japanese Yen Callable Bonds - Ninth Series (2019)

(the 'Bonds')

ISIN Code: JP582667AK54

LLOYDS BANKING GROUP PLC has decided to redeem the Bonds in whole on 30 May
2024 (the "Call Date") at a price equal to 100% of the principal amount
together with interest accrued to and including the Call Date pursuant to
Condition 6(4) of the Bonds. The listing of the Bonds on the Official List of
the Irish Stock Exchange plc, trading as Euronext Dublin, and the admission of
the Bonds to trading on its Global Exchange Market will be cancelled on, or
shortly after, 31 May 2024.
