Director Retirement and Board Change
Director Retirement
The Company announces the retirement today of Mr Colin Jacobs as an executive director of the Company. Colin has been with the business from its founding in 1995 and a Director of Lok'nStore Group PLC since the Company listed to AIM in the year 2000. 
Simon Thomas, Chairman commented:
"I would like to thank Colin for his significant contribution to the development of the Company over the last 22 years and wish him well on behalf of the entire Board".
Board Change
The Company also announces that Simon Thomas, currently Executive Chairman, will now serve as Non-Executive Chairman effective from today. 
Andrew Jacobs, Chief Executive commented:
"The Company is grateful to Simon for his guidance and expertise - the benefit of which the business will retain in Simon's new role."
