Director/PDMR Shareholding

 

The Company was notified on 4 November 2022 that Simon Thomas, Non-Executive
Director, sold 25,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") from The
Thomas Family Directors Pension Scheme at an average price of 924.8 pence per
Ordinary Share.

 

As a result of this transaction, Simon Thomas' beneficial interest in the
Company is 1,430,000 Ordinary Shares representing 4.76 per cent of the
Company's total voting rights.
