Director/PDMR Shareholding

 

The Company was notified on 16 November 2022 that Charles Peal, Non-Executive
Director, sold through his Self-Invested Pension Plan (SIPP) 10,000 Ordinary
Shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 930 pence per Ordinary
Share.

 

As a result of this transaction, Charles Peal's beneficial interest in the
Company is 778,850 Ordinary Shares representing 2.59% per cent of the
Company's total voting rights.
