Lok'nStore Group plc ('Lok'nStore' or the 'Company')

Director/PDMR Shareholding

 

The Company was notified on 28 February 2023 that Simon Thomas, Non-executive
Director, has sold 10,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a
price of 905 pence per Ordinary Share.

 

As a result of this transaction, Simon Thomas's beneficial interest in the
Company decreases to 1,420,000 Ordinary Shares representing 4.72 per cent of
the Company's total voting rights.
