Move to SETS trading platform

Lok'nStore, the fast-growing AIM listed self-storage company, announces that
the Board has approved a transition for trading of the Company's shares on AIM
from the London Stock Exchange's SETSqx (Stock Exchange Electronic Trading
Service: Quotes and Crosses) trading platform to its SETS (Stock Exchange
Electronic Trading System) platform, effective 7 February 2023.

This move is intended to provide investors with access to the entire SETS
system, providing liquidity via traditional order book trades, as well as firm
two-way quotes from market makers.
