Lok'nStore Group plc ('Lok'nStore' or the 'Company')

 Posting of Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and Annual Report and
Accounts

Lok'nStore announces that the 2023 Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of
AGM were posted to those shareholders who requested hard copies, on 13
November 2023. Soft copies are available at the investor section of the
Company's website at www.loknstore.co.uk (http://www.loknstore.com/) .

The AGM will be held at 5.30 pm on 7 December 2023 at the offices of Cavendish
Capital Markets Limited, 1 Bartholomew Close, London, EC1A 7BL.

Shareholders attending the AGM and wishing to vote in person are reminded that
if their shares are held by a nominee, they will need to present a letter of
representation from their nominee or broker.
