Profile Summary

Pacific Alliance China Land Limited (PACL) is a closed-end investment company. The Company invests and holds equity interests in a portfolio of property assets in the residential, office, retail, hospitality and industrial real estate sectors. The Company invests approximately 85% of the Company’s gross asset value in China’s first, second and third tier cities and approximately 15% of the Company’s gross asset value may be invested in Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan. The Company’s portfolio is diversified across three strategies, investments in pre-IPO companies, co-investments in new developments with strategic partners and opportunistic acquisitions of distressed assets. The Company’s investment activities are managed by Pacific Alliance Real Estate Limited.
