Profile Summary

Pathfinder Minerals Plc is a United Kingdom-based natural resources company. The principal activity of the Company is mining. The Company seeks to mine heavy mineral sands in Mozambique, southern Africa. The Company's licenses cover approximately 32,000 hectares of land on the Indian Ocean coast of the Zambezia province of Mozambique, known to contain the titanium dioxide bearing ores of ilmenite and rutile and the mineral zircon. The Company's heavy minerals of ilmenite, rutile and zircon are used in the manufacture of a range of products across a range of industrial sectors. Ilmenite and rutile are used as feedstocks to produce titanium dioxide pigment. The Company's wholly owned subsidiaries include IM Minerals Limited, Companhia Mineira de Naburi SARL and Sociedade Geral de Mineracao de Mocambique SARL.
