Restoration of Trading

 

Seed Capital Solutions plc (LON: SCSP), a Company formed for the purpose of
acquiring a business or businesses operating in market sectors that can
display strong ESG credentials, announces that further to the announcement
released by the Company on 1 November 2023 reporting on the publication of the
Company's audited annual results of the Company made up to 30 June 2023 ("FY
2023 Accounts") that a copy of the same has been uploaded to the NSM in
accordance with DTR 6.2.10R.

The Company has made an application to the FCA for the restoration of its
ordinary shares to trading on the London Stock Exchange.  The Board expects
that the shares will resume trading today.
