The Company is managed by Graphite Capital which is a private equity company. Graphite Enterprise provides access to the investment programs of the best buy-out managers across Europe. Investments in United Kingdom-based mid-market companies are made through funds managed by Graphite Capital. Investments in larger and smaller United Kingdom companies and in overseas markets are made through funds managed by high quality third party managers, selected by Graphite Capital.
