The holding company is the parent of 2 operating and 100% owned subsidiaries Absolute Capital Management (UK) Ltd, the fund advisory company and Absolute Capital Management (Spain) S.L., the fund research company. The Absolute Capital Management Group was formed by the directors to develop an absolute return manager of significant scale to allow institutional investors to gain exposure to a rare growth story in the financial sector. The evidence of our ability is demonstrated in our managing and advising on some of the best performing absolute return funds in Europe. The directors are well known in European asset management circles with credible track records and significant experience in building financial and investment management businesses.
