Air Partner are due to announce preliminary results today, but as yet there is no show. Given last years accounting debacle this does appear somewhat disconcerting. although of course there could be a perfectly reasonable explanation.

last year Finals were released at 17.35, and there was no issue with what they reported. Obviously these accounts were delayed due to the financial reporting issue which we know about. It could be that they will issue these finals after the market closes too. But this is not good practice. If you are going to do it - and allow investors time to digest them - then fine. Yet let investors know when you give notice of results. Otherwise when you say they will be released on the 9th, everyone assumes at 7am!
