Alltrue Investments Plc is an investment company that was admitted to trading on AIM on 10 May 2004, with the strategy of developing a group of companies by acquiring businesses in the financial services sector which service small to medium sized companies and which are considered by the Directors to have the potential for generating significant, sustainable growth and profitability.

Upon admission the Company raised £752,000 net proceeds by way of a placing of its Ordinary Shares. Since it has made two acquisitions, Falcon Securities, an FSA authorised brokerage and The Information Exchange which runs financial conferences and events for retail investors. We have also formed Montague Pitman Stockbrokers Limited, a private client (retail) stockbroker which operates under an Appointed Representative Agreement through Falcon. On 18 October 2007 the Information Exchange subsidiary was sold to the original vendors of the business.

Alltrue Investments Plc will build on its strategy for acquiring high growth business in the financial services area, and develop into a boutique of complimentary financial companies, each with valuable cross selling opportunities.
