If Aminex (LON:AEX) is a partner in this well, we may get an RNS tomorrow. IMHO
Interesting... both from the well data record (which allocates the well to Aminex's Shoats Creek field) and the GIS, it looks like this well is in the AMI.
Odd that it hasn't been RNSed already, as the data you have reproduced shows that the well was spudded on 20th March, has been cased to 3,625' and has already drilled on to 10,560'. Remarkably quick work by El Paso. It is targetting the Lower Wilcox, with a planned TD of over 15,000'. This is the same interval as El Paso's recent nearby Hennigan 33 well (s/n 240974). That well appears to have been pretty successful, producing gas/condensate since last August.
Last reported figures for Hennigan 33, relating to November 2010 were 7,762bbls condensate (> 250bblscpd) + 79,364mcf gas (> 2.5mmscf/d). The well was recompleted in late January (perforating an extra interval) and El Paso report production of 308 bblscpd and 2.7mmscf/d post-recompletion.
Cheers,
Mark
