Executive Summary
Amphions business is the formation, financing, management and development of life science and technology companies, working in partnership with corporations, governments, universities and entrepreneurs seeking to commercialise their intellectual property. Since inception of the Amphion business in 2003, $2.064 million has been invested in seven portfolio companies with a Directors valuation of $11.155 million as at 31 March 2005. Amphion is raising additional funds to invest in and build additional portfolio companies in the US and UK, with a focus on life science investments, while continuing to manage and develop existing portfolio companies and fund future working capital requirements. The management have been involved in building over 30 technology-driven companies during the past 20 years, generating significant returns.
