We've been asked to help gather questions for an interview with Ian Cuthbertson of Anglesey Mining (LON:AYM) next week. If anyone wants to get involved, let us know in the comments below or via email, and we'll pass them on.

What are the prospects for sale or development for Parys, and apart from the main copper, zinc and lead reserves etc, are there any economic amounts of rare earth metals present at the site?

What does the future for the company look like after LIM and Parys?

It would be interesting to know the position with regard to "Parys" - one analyst is valuing it's worth at 34p per share.
The Company we are told will make a decision regarding the way forward by the end of the year.
As the LIM shareholding is going to be the goose that lays the golden egg for AYM then any arrangement other than disposing of Parys for cash will, in my view, taking into account the fragility of markets, expose the Company to a risk too far.

If the Parys decision were to result in a sale to a third party, would the board be looking to acquire other assets to maintain AYM's multiple-holding status?

When do you anticipate AYM will receive dividend or other income flow from LIM, and what provisional plans do you have for paying a dividend to AYM shareholders?

Do you foresee any further dilution in AYM's holding in LIM?

More 'group-sourced' questions for Ian:

If Parys is sold is it the intention that AYM will remain on Lse?
Has any consideration been given to merging Aym shareholders with those of LIM especially as we would have have no other projects if Parys was sold?

What initiatives are available for directors /brokers to create to help close the ongoing gap with LIM share price OR is it intention to leave it for market forces to dictate?

In connection LIM'S iron ore sales through IOC which is marked confidential agreement are the directors in any way able to confirm that LIM is getting what would be considered a fair deal with regards to the price Iron ore spot price less a reasonable amount of IOC commission?

With expansion plans on the horizon in Canada from Rio Tata, NML etc does LIM see any synergies in consolidation with its neighbours at this stage? Would it be interested in sharing a slurry pipeline & future infrastructure via capital raising?

In your opinion, is it a realistic and serious proposition for anyone to get the Parys Mountain mine in operation again? What is the situation with the various permissions required to re-start mining and has anyone looked into possible transport and processing arrangements? It seems that more than a few investors may be attributing little value to Parys in belief that it may never happen; what have you got to say to them?

At the top of this thread was a statement by Promethean that he/she was gathering questions for the meet-the-public session with Ian Cuthbertson.

Well, Promethean, did you meet him? Did you pose some of the above intelligent questions? What were Ian's replies?

Due to the very busy schedules of the management at the time, the interview was postponed. We are hopeful that it can be completed early in 2012. I apologise if it is disappointing to the contributors who have posted questions to date but hope we can get some answers for them in the New Year.

All indications are that this company has a great future, IMO. I'm interested in anything which would validate or challenge this view, so I look forward to any comments you may have in the new year.
