I was reviewing the comments on the Anglo Asian Mining (LON:AAZ) bulletin board on ADVFN this morning and noted that someuwin and Mattjos had spotted something interesting in the recently published 2024 Annual Report.

https://wp-angloasianmining-20...

In its most recent RNS giving production guidance for 2025 (26/2/25) they indicated a range of 49k to 55k GEO and a turnover of $110m to $125m which in itself is a massive increase on 2024 ( $40m turnover) due to enforced production curtailments in that year and awaiting the production from the new Gilar mine.

The RNS specified that this 2025 guidance excluded any production from the Demirli mine but this would be updated later in 2025.

If you now look at page 8 of the Annual Report they have upgraded the production forecast to 80k to 85k for 2025 - a 60% increase using the low estimates - suggesting a turnover of over $200m in 2025. They helpfully state that:-

"The Group has recently revised its production goal in gold
equivalent ounces (“GEOs”) to between 80,000 to 85,000 GEOs
in 2025 and between 120,000 to 125,000 GEOs in 2026. This is
due to the inclusion of production from Demirli for the first time
in its strategic plan."

I leave you to digest the later years which include full years production from Gilar and Demirli and later start-ups of other mines.

Just a quick note, I'm still researching having topped-up this morning, in case anyone is interested.

No advice intended and, as always, DYOR.
