There are loads of companies claiming to provide anti-drone techniques for the consumer market. Apart from the technical limitations, most countries make them impractical because it would breach radio transmission laws. This is partly why silly ideas such as shooting a net or using bird of prey to bring down a drone makes headline news.
Drone protection from military type drones is another matter. There you are looking at military companies such as BAE Systems, DARPA etc., Most of those techniques rely on kinetic weapons such as existing surface to air missile technology in the extreme or autonomous guided machine guns.
GPS is being intermittently jammed around the Outer Hebrides this week. Qinetiq seems to be involved.
