I'm a long-term value investor and also learning to trade. I'm wondering how could we use Stockopedia to check the fundamentals of our potential trades?
Is there any particular metrics you are looking for before placing a trade? I'm thinking to consult the Momentum ranking on my long swing trade.

Yes many people use Stockopedia for fundamentals. For example you could evaluate how expensive a share is by looking at the value rank, or the P/E ratio. There is a lot of help available in the "Learn" section.
When I first subscribed to Stockopedia I watched for days all of Ed Croft's excellant introductory videos. It covers all the basics and much more. No new subscribers should be skipping these if they want to get the most out of Stockopedia.
There are many others on Stockopedia's youtube home page, but the two posted were the most useful for me. Watch first the "How to conduct a forensic investment..." video, then after "The 5 year anniversary ..." video as it goes into the metrics deeper.
