On 2 August 2010, the Group completed a private fundraising and raised ?1.20 million gross of expenses and on 18 August 2010 Dr Dingxin Pu, the Chief Executive Officer, provided a loan of ?500,000 to the Company. The head office of the Company is in Foshan City, Guangdong Province, China. Foshan is the eleventh largest city in China in terms of gross domestic product and the main city in China for the production and distribution of building ceramics both domestically and overseas.
