Asia Digital (LON:ADH) share price ticked up again nicely at opening. A slow and steady climb is very good. IMHO
Anyone got any comments on this stock? I quite like this comment from another BB:
Taken from Trading Update 23/12/10
"Adrian Moss, Chief Executive, commented: "The Group is seeing a positive response from its initial activity in China with DGM already securing some performance-related orders for the first few months of 2011 and AKTIV well received by the local offices of Global agency media planning operations. In the largest digital advertising region, in terms of spend and internet users, we have the potential to be a very successful operation. The clearing of all of our debt, and the cost savings measures taken enhance our chances of delivering shareholder value and are appropriate given the size of the Group's business following the disposal of DGM Australia. I look forward to providing further updates of our progress in achieving our stated objectives in due course."
"The clearing of all of our debt, and the cost savings measures taken enhance our chances of delivering shareholder value..."

Does anyone know if this website is the one referred too in the in the above description:

This site looks a better one than ADH for keeping track of progress and news on ADH's activities in Asia-Pacific Region?
The share price appears to be growing well, just like the Digital Media Sector IMHO.
Interesting to see the recover of Asia Digital (LON:ADH) 's share price on the 5 year chart:

Only a short time now until the results are out on the 5th April.
Here is an example of Digital Media Growth below, which could have a similar affect on Asia Digital (LON:ADH) Share price. IMHO
Two weeks ago, I analyzed Facebook to see how much the company was worth. More recently, I was shocked to see Goldman Sachs paying 25x-28x revenues for the company, while Google (GOOG) and Apple (AAPL) are getting 4-8x revenue. Absurd, I thought, that anyone would pay such a high price for the Facebook stock. I realized that the investors Goldman is pitching to are savvy and are most likely seeing something that we could be missing, (although I agree, some are irrational!)Then I quantified the company's growth. Wow. I am now projecting that its current stock value of $25 will grow by more than 4 times (to $111) by 2014! Here is why:...

Second chances don't come around often in life.
So, what if you had another crack at buying shares of PayPal (now a division of eBay) after an initial offering, would you jump on it? Or better yet, would you like to own a piece of Facebook should it go public?...
Asia Digital (LON:ADH) - News Due 5th April 2011. Anyone any comments about ADH?
Interesting piece of research about Asia Digital (LON:ADH) from RichRich on LSE:
To save pophalos a job in the morning, here are the relevant links from the interactive investor board: http://www.iii.co.uk/investment/detail/?display=discussion&code=cotn%3AADH.L&it=le&action=detail&id=7889862 http://www.iii.co.uk/investment/detail/?display=discussion&code=cotn%3AADH.L&it=le&action=detail&id=7892751 http://www.iii.co.uk/investment/detail/?display=discussion&code=cotn%3AADH.L&it=le&action=detail&id=7893763 The first link is from a poster called satnav, the second link is from a more astute investor called Bit_Breaker and the third link is from a poster called Professor Fang. The first poster has not posted on that board since. Much of the financial position of the company can be ascertained from the release of the 11th of October 2010, which is on the company’s website. To help, this is taken from it, “Following completion of the Disposal, ADH will have cash resources of approximately £1,900,000 (in addition to conditional deferred consideration of up to £607,000 which is expected to be paid within approximately thirteen months).Out of the proceeds, and having received a repayment request from Mr John Porter post issue of the circular, the Company will, by 8 November 2010, repay the convertible loan of £500,000 along with accrued interest of approximately £100,000. The Directors are excited by the opportunity to evolve the business with a pure Asian focus armed with a much stronger, debt free balance sheet. It is notable that out of ADH's 450 current clients before the Disposal of the DGM Australia business, the majority of these clients are in Asia and remain with the Company post Disposal. The revenues and profitability that will be lost as a result of the transaction will impact the Company's trading performance in the short term, but the Board believes that the more material growth opportunity lies within Asia. Therefore, the post transaction Company has the potential to deliver more shareholder value than would otherwise have been the case. Post Disposal growth is expected throughout the operation and in particular in China where an embryonic DGM business is servicing Dell, their first client, and where the AKTIV business has recently agreed an exclusive representation deal to sell the BBC's local digital advertising inventory.” In effect, this is a “new company” since this point. Trust this helps with any research anyone else may be doing. RR
ADH is looking strong this morning, with news due early April people seam to be taking their seats and putting on their seatbelt.
Will we need some rocket pictures soon?

Interesting post by pophalos on LSE BB on Asia Digital (LON:ADH)
Away from the screen a bit today so heres a very brief summary i posted on Friday. As we know theres a lot more here. I havent got the figures to hand representing the past & future growth projections but i hope new or potential investors will check those out. Theyre impressive to say the least.
Just to summarize (very briefly) ADH are involved in the digital advertising market in China/Pan Pacific which is projected for massive growth in the coming years. Its been described as "at ground zero" currently and ADH through there subsidiary companys such as Aktiv occupy a top position within the sector.
They also benefit from a zero debt situation with the directors publicly stating that theyre intent on not diluting the current share pool.
Clients so far include HSBC, Mastercard, BBC, Real Player etc. The following links may help & im sure Rich, Bert or any of the other excellent posters here will fill in the gaps.

The clients are top flight multinational companies wishing to maintain competitive advantage by utilizing this well established (but undeveloped for the region) marketing approach.
The SP should increase dramatically with the sector expansion & a short term focus on results out 5th april
Nice to see the Asia Digital (LON:ADH) share price above the 20 day moving average again.
It is also very nice to see the Parabolic SAR starting a new Up Trend today:
The Volume seems to be increasing as we move towards the News to be released at the beginning of April. IMHO
Looks like Asia Digital (LON:ADH) has managed to get through the recent resistance and is now a Breakout Stock, See the Summary post below:
It seems that around 0.8 we've got some resistance- 22nd of feb we reached it then turned back- on the 2nd of march the same thing and we're there again now. i believe we've got a pretty good change to break the resistance today and hold above- simply on grounds of much higher volumes with excellent buying pressure behind it.
more drivers to push it through i believe is
1. a broader investor base. more people are buying in and holding-
2. results are close now- 12 trading days away, expecting a build up towards-
3. few shares in freefloat getting less all the time as people buy & hold
4. strong fundamentals- zero debt, huge potential, top experienced directors
wish you all the best today with all your stocks guys!

With News due on the 5th April, I think we may see sustained rises, until then. IMHO
China online advertising market reached over 3 billion, which increased by 36% and a year-on-year increase of 72.5%. The online advertising market in China maintaines a high development speed. The revenue of keyword search advertisements increased 34% the revenue of general advertising space increased by 36.6%. there are several reasons for the rapid growth of the online advertising. On one hand, the low season has passed. One the other hand, relevant brands increased their investment in digital marketing. Success written all over !
One pound in every £4 of advertising spend is now online, according to the latest advertising study from the Internet Advertising Bureau (IAB) and PwC. More than £4bn was spent on internet advertising last year, slightly under the £4.28bn spent on television advertising in 2010. The internet's slice of advertising has increased to 25%, with television having a 26% share of the market. Total advertising spend in the UK in 2010 was £16.6bn, the Telegraph reports...

Huge Growth Potential going forward for Asia Digital (LON:ADH)
Flyingswan, are you going to make any comment on the hugely disappointing results you spent a month informing us about?
I can't help but think that you are posting here, talking a lot, but saying nothing. There is no substance to what you are sharing here.
"IMHO, DYOR"
Hi jseth123... Thank you for your comments about my posting on ADH.
My opinion on ADH has not changed and the sell off down to the 200 Day Moving Average, I feel is healthy, as it allows long term holders another opportunity to add to there holdings.
This is of cause IMHO, DYOR
