Anyone have a view on AssetCo purchase of the managers of India Growth Capital ( which I hold).
Given Avendus are taking shares- deal looks 50% cash/50% shares they must have faith in AssetCo.
Maybe it will also help to reduce the discount on IGC- around 13%.
I believe India looks good for the next 5 years. Multiples my be high but growth prospects look favourable.
