Formed in 1995 and quoted on AIM, it is the holding company of three distinct regulated financial services businesses: 1) Astaire Securities, 2) Rowan Dartington and 3) Astaire & Partners.

  • Astaire Securities, founded in 1992, is a rapidly growing UK institutional stock broker. Its focus is providing institutional investors and corporate clients with a range of services, encompassing in-depth research, specialist sales and trading, and corporate advisory. It is one of the largest NOMAD/ Broking companies for the AIM market and has a strong track record for fund raisings and IPOs. In 2007, over £200m was raised for Astaire client companies.
  • Rowan Dartington, was founded in 1990 and acquired by Astaire Group Plc in 2006. It offers bespoke Private Client stock broking and Asset Management services with an emphasis on individual attention. It is the largest private client broker in the south west of England, with offices in Bristol, Bath, Chichester, Hereford, London, Redruth, Stroud, Taunton and Weston Super Mare and its own dedicated settlement in Bristol.
  • Astaire & Partners, offers a comprehensive range of traditional stock broking services. The company deals actively and efficiently, using various trading systems in securities markets around the world. It has developed a global network of counterparties through which to service its broad range of international clients.
