Anybody know what the procedure is for Atalaya Mining dividend payments, is a Cyprus tax exemption certificate required.

I am with HL and had the last dividend paid in full with no action required on my part. Other brokers may handle this differently of course.
In December IWeb paid me c.29.5p for a $40c dividend. Exchange rate then was c. 75p to the dollar, so about right.
No problem with ii either (I didn't do anything) - full dividend paid.
(I was following the saga on ADVFN's bulletin board for £ATYM at the time of the first dividend - if memory serves me right some platforms deducted the local tax)
have they announced a dividend this year? i know one was expected and wondering if this could alter based on the recent announcement of AISC rising.
If they do announce a dividend this year (and I'm sure they will) it seems to be likely to be a lot lower than the current forecast on Stocko.
The last note I saw from CG (House Broker) had 10 euro cents - not the 26 on Stocko.
Given the Cu price and rise in costs this company has IMO become less attractive in the last few months and the last month especially . Events have brought into focus that it is not a low cost producer.
Equally its development potential (and ELIX) are still interesting me, but from the sidelines.

I sold my holding in Atalaya Mining (LON:ATYM) despite the great QV rating on Stockopedia on the 18th July after a c 6% bounce back from its profit warning on the 14th July which saw the price fall 13%+ on top of a decline from c. 450p in mid February to 284p on the 13th (a 35% fall in itself!). This would appear to be due to the combined effect of a fall in the copper price since mid February of 30%+ and the challenging headwinds of inflation on operating costs. With macro conditions looking ever more like a global recession, Stockopedia's empirical data on the impact of profit warnings and the continued decline in the copper price the sale looked like the rational action to take. However, as is becoming increasingly clear rationality counts for nothing in the current market! Atalaya Mining (LON:ATYM) share price has increased 15% since my decision. Maybe it is a deadbeat bounce but I am a frustrated and increasingly confused investor!!
I hope you sold at a profit and you can always buy back in.
The rise seemed to coincide with news that China may invest heavily in infrastructure to support its target GDP. Don’t think they have confirmed this and copper price continues to drift down.
H1 22 results today followed by investor presentation which can see at Investormeetcompany. Pretty downbeat assessment from the CEO. Various minor impacts to earnings but by far the key point is energy costs in Spain/Portugal. Some relief in H2 2023 when the new solar plant comes online but that is a long way off. Hard to see things pick here in next 18 months. Looks a sound company longer term but seems there may be a lost opportunity cost holding at the present. That said, I do have a small hold myself.
