Executive Summary
Atlas Estates Limited intends to invest in a diverse portfolio of real estate assets situated in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), excluding former USSR countries. The Company has agreed to acquire an initial portfolio of real estate interests on Admission. Such initial portfolio comprises interests in eight income-generating properties and development projects in Poland, Hungary and Slovakia. Management of the Company's portfolio will be carried out by Atlas Management Company (AMC) subject to overall supervision by the Board.
