Executive Summary
Avarae Global Coins plc is a newly formed strategic investment company, whose strategy is to achieve long term capital growth for its shareholders through the purchase, holding and collection of coins from around the world. Avarae will seek to invest actively in the coin collecting sector in various countries across the world. It is intended that the Company will build a portfolio of coins both to hold in the long term (i.e. more than one year) and to enable the Company to take advantage of short term trading opportunities (i.e. less than one year). The value of individual coins or portfolios of coins is expected to range from a few hundred pounds up to T?750,000, although the Company will not be limited to a particular size of investment, nor will the Company limit the number of coins or portfolios of coins in which it can invest. Individual coins and portfolios may be acquired both through private contacts and through auction. The Board have engaged Noble to act as an independent and experienced adviser who will provide Avarae with the necessary experience and specialist advice regarding investments in the coin collecting sector.
