I would very much appreciate any guidance with a charting question...
I've read in a few techncial books the idea of looking at the chart of industries to narrow down 2-3 industries which have promising technical action. Then looking to shortlist stocks within the industries with the best technical indicators.
Where would be the best place to look for a composite chart of an industry or sector?
I can see sectors ranked in Stockopedia but I haven't seen a way to fiew a composite technical chart for a sector (just individual stocks).
Certainly for the UK I can find the FTSE 350 indicies by industry which looks promising, but for the USA I haven't found yet any comprehensive industry indicies.
