On the stock screen if you press the blue Full quote a pop up screen appears. On this screen you can see the bid and ask quantities. As they are different does this indicate the likely price movement. E.g. ask of say 4000 while a bid of say 100 does this indicate that the share is likely to drop as the market will allow you to buy 4000 but only if you are selling take 100 from you. Conclusion that the market has plenty of stock of this share so the price is likely to fall.
If the bid quantity is larger then the ask then the market is short of this share and therefore likely to rise in price.
