The FT reports today that Heritage recently rejected an informal 425p a share bid from the Middle East as "too low".

I also note that PMO is being touted as a bid prospect so (when the dust settles) it looks quite likely that M&A will warm up in the sector.

Possibly HOIL would make most sense to a Middle East player, given the political risk profile?
