I am considering an initial investment - most factors look very positive, particularly after the recent sharp fall in share price. However one thing stands out like a sore thumb for me, Debtors have increased by almost £7M to £14M since May 18 and by £4M since Nov 18. This is way more than inventory increases yet as far as I can see no explanation is offered. Does anyone have information or opinions about this?

I'm currently looking into Bigblu Broadband (LON:BBB) as a possible buy. From the last update:
All looks good.
One thing I'm not sure on though is how much cash is actually being generated.
Does anyone have any idea what capex will be for the remaining businesses? I imagine most won't know, but I'm putting this out there in the hope that management have revealed it at some point.

Interesting happenings with BBB.
On 10th June 2021 they have disposed of Quickline (QCL) for £48.6M. Subseqently a return of capital by the way of issuing B shares of 45p a share to be approved at a general meeting on 30th September 2021. Effectively the XD date 4/10/21 & paid on 20/10/21.
Based on these facts and our road currently being dug up to bury a broadband cable against BBB using satilite, I have bought 2225 shares today, which, if approved at the general meeting, will payout just over £1,000 as a dividend.
You have to expect a fall of 45p in the share price when it goes XD. What happens from there remains to be seen. Since 45P is a significant drop in the share price can you go short to make a bit more? I am assuming that the share price will take a while to recover from this payout.
From the general meeting today the return of capital of 45p per share has now been approved.
